I found this website by Goodwill Community Foundation International has a very good web based interactive learning page for Microsoft Excel, other software and other life skills. It even has very basic maths interactive learning.
The learning concept is using the step by step screen captures with simple descriptions. It also has youtube videos link to learn from videos.
